Re: Is this a custom rubstrip? (dobbz)

I would have to say custom. When I did my front bumper in june I was told that 1 rubstrip was for the gti euro bumpers. Josh probably did a custom job on this. Someone correct me if I'm wrong

Re: Is this a custom rubstrip? (GT17V)

thats not a euro bumper, you can tell from the way the top of the bumper is curved telling you that its longer than a euro, it would be retareted to buy a complete euro bumper setup and then fill the plate recess when you can save the money and jus save the stock strip

Are you sure? Isn't that just a Euro bumper w/ a non plate recessed rubstrip and a 25th ae lip?

Re: Is this a custom rubstrip? (suraj)

there are two types of euro rubstrips available. a smooth and a notched version. neithe has a sidemarker opening. one has a notch for the license plate, the other one doesnt.

The euro front bumpers for our cars require euro rubstrips, there are several options (Euro, JDM, etc) all of which have no corner markers.
1552 Design used to sell rubstrips like mine (NA w/ filled markers) but good luck locating one now.
Thnax for all the compliments guys, I have changed some stuff up as of late on the car (minor things) so look for a couple new pics.
