Rust issues on my 1974 Ford F-150 frame: What are my options?

I have a 74 F-150 and i noticed the other day that the frame it self was rusting like small holes were appearing. I know thats really bad and I'm stuck on what to do. Any help would be helpful i will get a pic of it just to show the condition its in thanks.

If you totaly love the truck- stop by a collision repair shop and have them take a look. Considering your asking the question- I think it's time to start looking for a new ride.
