Yes, it does have red stitching, I had one at the wrecking yard i work at.

my '98 K2 has red stiching on the boot, with the golfball.

Does the steering wheel have red stiching along with the ebrake or just the shifter boot??

here you go:

thats a 98 k2 jetta.. i bought the knob and put it in my golf. the leather is all worn off the top, i'll have to cut what is left off so it is just plastic on the upper half.
