need help...2.0 xflow turbo

what all needs to be replaced to make this a safe kit? what about injecters? ecu or chip? sensors? seals? this is what i have so far...
-Garrett t3 Fresh rebuilt Water-cooled Turbo
-8v turbo manifold
-Audi 5000 intercooler
-Stock 20v diverter valve
this is my first turbo project so go easy on me. i know some of the other stuff i need but just give me a whole list please.

your gonna want to get or make a downpipe. get some kind of ecu. like eip stg 1 eprom. and a fpr. also what kind of boost you looking for? a pretty basic setup can be done for about 6 psi. just bump up the fuel pressure. and keep the a/f good.

Put on a better head gasket. You dont want to blow those things after You've already put the turbo on.

check the link in my sig.
you coudl go with some 30# injectors from the ford SC thunerbirds, along with the c2 fueling kit for 30# injectors and a vr6 maf housing. the injectors are all over ebay for cheap.
also oil lines and a boost gauge so you can keep an eye on everything

im just looking to go basic. not looking for big power. about how much money will it cost to complete the kit? its my winter ride so looking to stay as low as possible. my freind has made downpipes and exhaust for two turbo cars now so i will have him do it.

if you want to save money for now you can run an FMU and a chip and run stock injectors. Im actually selling an FMU and a TT chip for stock injectors for 10psi about 200hp. I have them both for sale because Im going to bigger injectors. I'd let em both go for $200 shipped. Im me if your interested.

is it worth it? it would just be going on my winter ride so i dont want to get in to deep with money. what do you think?
