millerwj - what do you mean by "angle" ?
since you race, what have you done to make it better, are there products you can buy? you don't have to give up any top secret fabrication.

When you lower an A1 that low the control arms will slope upward, for best handling they should be parallel to the ground. You can fix this with either some custom steering knuckles (so long as your best friend has a CAD machine), or balljoint spacers. You can only to this to a certain extent due to wheel clearance. That still doesn't cure the bump steer, when the car is that low the tie rod ends slope up as well, when you hit a bump that angle increases and will cause that wheel to toe out some. I really don't have a clue about what I'm talking about though, these are just things that I've read and am beginning to understand.
I do love the way it looks though.

I've driven on FK's and they are a NICE product. stiff, but smooth. Good choice on the suspension-you'll love it too i'm sure. I've also had FK non-adjustables with Apex coils, that was a nice ride as well. good match. nice height + ride at a decent price compared to coilovers. damn those look mint!

That's awsome .....Your car look's good .....How to those FK's handle????.....
I stopped by double J's and seen your old suspension on the floor and jay told me about your new coil over's.........Man i wish i could pick up a set for my rabbit........But that will be awhile.....
