Okay...I got a new one to bounce off you all. I'm having starting issues ONLY when it rains (and after). The starter runs, but the engine does not start. After several 5-second intervals of running the starter, the engine will finally start. Even at that point, it's not 100% b/c it has stalled out on me when I excellerated in gear.
The starter works, b/c I burned out the old one on account of this problem. I have also replaced the distributor cap & rotor, b/c I thought maybe there was moisture in there.
This is not an issue when it's a dry day.
Any ideas? I thought I might replace the ignition coil.
