first and really only time - 0-60 6.8x, 1/4 15.33 @ 96.2 , stock engine wise
roomates 00 si w/flywheel, quaife, header - 15.39 @ 94.2
brothers 88 gti 16v 2.0/header/fuel enrich/11.3" vr6 brakes/5 lug (heavy) - 16.01 @ 90.x
the trap is off by some, but what are other people getting with or without g-tech?

that 16v should seriously be running better times....

hmm those times seem a lil off, but hey they have to be on perfectly flat ground.

the GLX time doesnt seem off to me. stock vr6 is about in the low 15 range. i dont know about the other 2 though..i would think the 16v does a little better but i could be wrong

I ran my stock 98 gti vr6 with a gtech, on a road that is consistant with the track numbers in my 8v gti... I did a 15.107, 15.08, 14.92, and a 14.99, the speeds were 98.x, 99.x, 102.x, 100.x...Due to the calculating differences of the track and gtech for speed, the speeds are about 5-7 mph higher, times are pretty much dead on, at englishtown I ran a 15.106@89.XXmph, and that was spining through 1st gear, not knowing how to launch... now i know how to slip the clutch...worked for me last night... i will run at the track with the new technique and hopefully see high 14's, Stock
