Any Konig Rim Horror Stories??

I've got Konig Rush's on my car, and so far they've been decent. The finish scratches off when you hit a curb though (duh!)

I had 18" Konig Monsoons that were driven through the winter in both Michigan and Upstate New York. All 4 of my rims were replaced because of sever pitting and salt damage. Warranty covered 2 of the rims, the other 2 were paid for by me because their was also sever rim damage from pot holes. So bad in fact that I had to fill the tires with Fix-A-Flat to keep them from deflating everyday. I was filling my tires with air every day until I put the Fix-A-Flat. I have no other experience with Konig's, but this is my horror story.

Ouch! That sucks. I live in Canada, but plan to switch to Winter Rims, my current ones, every winter. We've got piles of pot holes though... so I want to make sure that I get strong rims that can handle salt, gravel, pot holes etc.

Maybe look into the Konig Titanium series. A friend of mine had 18" Imagines in titanium and they weighed 11 lbs each! These are more expensive, mind you, but they're stronger than alloys and much lighter. As for the regular Konig wheels, they're high quality as well.

The Sub Zero's are crazy light! I just took a look at the Konig Titaniums, unfortunately I didn't like the color of them very much.

I got a set of Konig Reigns late last year. It is a very nicely finished wheel for the $$ but they are kind of heavy. The wife bent one of them the very first day they were on the car.
