They have to go through a legalization process regardless... The person who goes through the trouble of bringing the car into the USA pays a huge fee. When they decide to part with the car for whatever reason, they never see that money back. Check eBay for how little 3rd owner Skylines go for. It's that first step that's the most expensive, but regardless what country it comes from, it still has to be done to be deemed road legal in the USA.

if hes looking for a good race next week there's an S4 Avant that might give
it a run
Heard him say his first one got totaled on the way over here or somthing an d the got a better deal on this one. Whens he gonna swap the VIN to make it legal
And you should of seen the crowd they were in aw to what was in front of them
