We've got plenty of the SACHS VR6 Clutch Kits (with our without flywheels) in stock here at MJM and ready for immediate shipment. SACHS is an OEM supplier to Volkswagen and Audi, as well as many other European manufacturers, and offer a very stout clutch with their 228mm VR6 kits. Despite being OEM, these clutch kits are very stout and can take quite a beating, yet still retain a very factory OE feel; after all, they are the VR6 OEM kit! Many of today's performance clutch companies are actually using SACHS components in their kits, yet label them as "their" kits (simply private labeling them as "performance" kits).
Even though many refer to this as none other than a "stock clutch" (often referred to as a "Stage I Clutch Kit for upgraded 1.8Ts), a lot of VR6 all-motor drag racers have run this clutch in the past and have had great results! Rated at nearly 290-300 ft/lbs of torque, this clutch kit is one of best VR6 clutches available for stock or mildly modified 12V VR6s and will work on both VR6 and G60 applications. The Corrado G60s take the VR6 clutches very easily and without modification. On 12V VR6s, the SACHS Clutch Kits are all you need for any naturally aspirated application (anything bigger is simply overkill). For anything other than an all-motor car (i.e. turbocharged or supercharged cars) we offer SPEC's full line of durable clutches (the clutch that our very own in-house turbo VR6s run).
