I know that here, in the MkIV Forums, A8 threads seem to pop up all over the place, hell, we should probably just make a sticky up top devoted to A8 wheels.
But.
If you want to buy OEM A8 Wheels, do you have to go to the Audi Dealership? Or is there a place I can order them with my credit card online?
I want real OEM ones, is the problem.
Wheels are my next move, and A8s are one of the choices.

wrong bolt pattern... you'd have to run adapters too

I know, adapters are necessary for lots of wheels.
It'd still fit though, right? After you put adapters, that is.

Doubt it, I've heard the offset on Audi's is too weird for you to be able to pull them off even w/ adaptors.
If it was that easy, I'd carry all my Audi wheels over.

they have a really high offset. the new A3 has an offset of et53 but with adapters they should fit

I bought a set of Brand New 19x8 A8 replica's yesterday... they have the 5x100 bolt pattern and the OEM 35mm offset - so completely direct bolt on... seemed to make sense to me.

your experience does not help at all.
he's not talking about replicas, he's talking about the real deal.

Yes, I appreciate that - hence 2 posts up showing where he could get an OEM set. I was simply offering an alternative.
