Re: rpi euro fenders?? (GoFastChickenwing)

do you mean for a1 or a3 fenders? The rabbit ones are basically cabriolet fenders and for the a3 they have the opening for the side repeater/blinker

What you said above does not answer my question. I am suggesting that they are Euro Jetta bumpers and NOT Rabbit bumpers. Never heard of Certi-fit. And if they are indeed Euro Jetta bumpers then they don't necessarily have to be aftermarket.
So my questions are still open.....

Re: rpi euro fenders?? (A1Rocco)

A1Rocco,
I bought some Euro Jetta bumpers from RPI. The front Euro Jetta bumper had no turn signal holes in the bumper. Since I had the NA headlight/grill combo I needed those holes. I was told by others that they cut holes in their bumpers for their turn signals. What I did was return my front Jetta Euro for a Rabbit Euro which has the holes pre-cut.

The Jetta Euro had a spot for a Euro plate molded in, where as the Rabbit Euro does not. The rear Jetta Euro fit fine with no issues.

Upon impact with a car a few months after installation, my front Rabbit Euro exploded into about 238 pieces, followed next by my front fender.
