I need to know what I need to change my big bumpers to european smalls? Do I need to change the rebars? I have 89 GTI small bumper rebars, are they the same for the jetta ( the small rebars from the 89 GTI). I have the middle valence piece that goes between both fenders and the grille. what else do I need.

I have a 92 jetta. 4 door.

The Golf & Jetta rebars are the same for NA versions, and the same for Euro versions, but NA & Euro are NOT the same as each other. I think the NA fender clips will work for the sides of the bumpers, but you very might well need the spacing brackets as well as the rebar for the rear.
This is what the euro rebar looks like:

Our Small bumpers came complete, you could never buy a seperate rebar.
You'll need the fender guids and a lower grill too.

In SA, the dealerships sold the skin & the rebar separately. Not sure how it would apply to an importer like Oldskool Industries though.
Forgot to mention the lower valence, yep, you're gonna need that too. It goes under the front bumper.

Uh, maybe you could call them. I'm sure they'd know what they were going to send you.

We've only ever been able to buy the complete bumper here dealer and aftermarket, it wasn't till the big bumper did they sell it in parts.

I did, they said they have the front, but the rear would cost around $450....DaMN!!

Yeah, they aren't cheap. We were selling at $380.00 but shipping prices this year just got out of hand.
