Looks like the Euro front lip and sides from http://www.landspeedusa.com. Don't recognize the grill. In fact if you asked me it kind of looks photochopped. But hey, it could just be the crappy resolution on my computer.

Its a Grillecrap (i.e. Grillecraft) grille. I think they should have stuck with making stuff for pickups.
