is it ok to use synthetic oil with slick 50?

i am planning on doing an oil change this week and i have used slick 50 in my previous vehicles (american) and it has worked excelent in making the motor run better and to scilence it a bit....so i was wondering if it was ok to use it with synthetic oil in my vr6

stick with synthetic only, you'll be fine

how did u make your own short shifter?....must be quite the fabricator

bought a used shifter off ebay and used that while I worked on the original shifter that had been cut down by the PO. Took some measurements fabricated a small bracket, welded it and it turned out pretty nice actually. It sits low and yet shifts pretty smooth. I'll try and take some pics of it and post them up, the pics I do have of when I was building it are way too big and can't seem to re-size them
