If so, how was it? Do you actually get a chance to push the cars on the road course? I haven't been able to find any impressions online anywhere. I'm going to be in Vegas this weekend, and thought about checking it out. It's only $10, so I figured its worth finding out if it's any fun.

Is it really this weekend? I'm actually going to Vegas this weekend myself. Might be fun to check it out!
Anyone have the link?

I did it last month. You have to take a breathalyzer so be sure not to go after a night of partying. Its' $10 to drive 2 cars. The perfornmance cars available were the Solstice, CTS-V, Corvette, GTO and a few others. I drove the CTS-V because it was a 6-speed, the Vettes were all auto. The performance course is very short and you will most likely only use 2nd gear. Speeds are low, and mostly its' just a series of turns...like a very easy auto-x course.
The offroad course is WAYYY more fun. 8" curbs, logs, offset bumps to make you lift a wheel, 45 degree banks, and a 45 degree climb and drop (very cool to only see sky out the windshield, and then drop down and see the ground coming up at you!).
My friends and I have all spent quite a bit of money on track events and track cars, but we all came away from the drive event wanting the Hummer H2...go figure. Anyway, great event, but don't miss the offroad course.

Re: (jaobrien6)

I did it a couple of weeks ago when I was there. It's free to employees...

That's a nice $10 perk. Plus they let my bro in free. Woo!
Anyway, I drove a CTS-V and a manual Vette. They also have a few STS-Vs there. When I first hopped in the Vette, I cinched the seatbelt and moved the seat all the way up. The instructor asked if I had "driven" before...
