girlfriends who drive vw's?

so i just realized yesterday that my past 3 girlfriends over about 2.5 years, including the girl i just started dating, all drive mk2 vw's...'87 golf, '91 jetta, '85 jetta...this goes back to before i was even heavily addicted to vw's like i am now, and far before i bought my first dub (a year ago), and i'm wondering if it's some subconscious attraction to volkswagen owners? some underlying inexplicable magnetic bond between vw owners...like our cars "mark their territory" on their drivers and we can all subconsciously "smell" it

anyone else had this happen or can relate?
COINCIDENCE? I THINK NOT!
*edit: the term "girlfriend" in this circumstance includes all significant others who might possibly drive a dub, opposite sex or otherwise, including husbands and wives

lol, that's great...i've never used it as a prerequisite to find girls to date, but maybe i'm gonna have to start....until the VW driving chicks start screwing me over (the last one kinda did...but i'll give 'em another chancE)

Im a VW chic, and all my previous bf's SUCKED, hated my car, so it never worked out, I have yet to find a Dub guy though.......

My girlfriend currently drives a Neon (which she bought before we met) but she is now in the market for a VW Cabrio! She has plans for it once she gets it too! She wants to do a VR6 conversion, body kit, and custom paint!

my girl friend has become involve in the vw scene and she bought a mk2 a couple of weeks ago, trouble is that shes 17 and not past her test yet!

(i think she only wants me for my polo gti)

well my first g/f, i sold her my first car. 86 volvo 240gl, (of which i loved that car) and she just blew the head gasket a couple weeks ago. I tryed to encourage her for a cabrio, but now she bought a shizzy 93 integra, WITH 170,000 MILES!!! So yeah, shes dumb, and my next g/f after that has a 96 grand cherokee, of which she loves it. Needless to say neither of those relationships were happy endings, which brings us to our final point, ONLY DATE FELLOW DUBBERS!!!
