The rule has already been established...because of a failed attempt at someone TRYING to have a GTG at this place of which had committment issues to actually STAY at said GTG event spot...of which f'd the GTG all together...
N00b's aren't allowed to organize GTG's...only suggest...unless you can show me on your resume where you have higher than normal organizational skills...

Were you a part of anything that went on at the last 202/Rural GTG that was built up for over a month...3 dudes showed up...1 of them was paranoid as **** and kept ranting on and on about how "I think they are at Ray/I-10"...blah blah blah...then they decided to go over there...apparently several other people showed up at the other one and guess what...there was no one there?!?!?!
Law's of the SW...of which I do not control...allow for GTG's to be created by seasoned individuals only...
