So I go out to my car today and the air bag light is on it blinked and I thought it would go out but god damn it it didn't. What could this be something serious or something I need to get looked at by a shop? Any help please let me know.

hahaha, yes. your drivers airbag will go off at some inappropriate random time.
![]() ...as i have sudden memories of my old shop foreman dropping the SRS shock sensor and 3 off the airbags going off while he's lying across the driver seat. now THAT, was funny |

FYI you can't scan (with VAGCOM) early airbag control modules or you will damage the sensor/module. Read up on the issue at http://www.ross-tech.com. You need to have it scanned by a dealer. |
