step 1: buy lugs from your favorite vw dealer (parts4vws, GAP, PAP...)
step 2: send them out to be golderized

take yoru lugs to a jewler and have em gold plated... other wise you can go the slightly cheaper route and find a place that does gold chroming... either way the luster fades rather quickly

i happen to know that car was not in philly.... just cuz it's my car, and i've never been to philly

i guess my car gets out more than i do

oh and i like the panda content. (i've heard it called a cow by my coworkers)
