I have been searching for 2 weeks now, trying to find this seal. I'm not even sure what to call it. It goes on the block, where the line attaches from the vacuum pump (1.6l D) Any help?

Get some gasket material and an xacto blade, you should be able to make that gasket if it is nothing special.

x2 on the gasket material. Support the metal flange upside down , place the gasket material over the flange, and tap gently around the edges of the sealing surface with the ball end of a small ballpeen hammer. That's one of the reasons they make ballpeen hammers.
The flange is actually cutting the gasket paper, the ball peen is just supplying the small amount of force.
When it comes to the two bolt holes, old time mechanics would place a small bearing ball in the depression of the gasket paper and tap the ball with the hammer; you can do the same thing by placing the ball end of the hammer on the spot where the bolt hole is supposed to be and then whack the face of the hammer with a block of wood, or even another hammer. You only need light blows here.
Trim off any thing not cut all the way through with a single edge razor blade or x-acto knife.
