Hey guys, I have a noob question, I see a lot of people riding extremly low on the tex and I love it, however I see that most of them are rising on coilovers. I need a dropp of about 2 inches maybe 2 1/2 and I wanted to know wether I could achieve this with a cp kit or I would have to get Coilovers. I really dont need the height to be adjustable since down here, we run the same tires year round.

as far as i know the lowest cupkit is something like 2" and you probably will end up sitting unevenly. i'd suggest some v-maxx coils and you can get the car sitting just the way you want it to

Re: Ride Height (elnoly03)

yeah that drop is too much for just springs and a good coil set up is needed for over 1.8 inches. I had eibach sportlines and they were good but sucked for winter and highway driving

springs and coils? They are the same.

I'm running Koni yellow with H&R race springs on my daily driver in Ohio, and i love it.
2 inch drop. sometimes i feel like i wouldn't mind being lower, but with a bodykit on my daily driver it's perfect.

Someone told me to also get new dampers with new coils... Also does anyone ever scrape on anything? Thanks

So you don't have do things twice, get the shocks/struts at the same time and do it all at one time.
