That's not the back of a Jetta? It's only 2 doors and the rear doesn't look like it came from a Jetta...

gap in front wheel well non in rear?
no door handles
interior looks not finished

Looks like:
Missing headlights, sidemarkers (if those aren't painted black), windows, interior lining, doorhandles, grills behind the front airdam. Exhaust could be missing, or could just be stealth.
It's also a 2-door Jetta which is .....rare.
