i placed an order on the 12th. they haven't even shipped it yet. acutally it says it's still pending.. i've called so many times, they don't even have a voice mail? and one time some dude answered.. but told me he was only a driver and to call back during the day.. anybody have any experience with them? ahh well that does suck...i wonder what makes companies do this type of stuff. I got my light-up shift knob from them 2 years ago and had no problems.

there was a thread about the same company i thiiiink about 2 months ago. the guy said shipping took a really long time but he did eventually get his parts. u just have to play the patient game... sucks. but it'll be worth it

We will match any advertised Rieger price that anyone finds. Not only do we ship from the Rieger importer for the U.S. who is located in California, we also stock most Rieger VW/Audi/BMW parts at our Connecticut location. This means you usually get your products quicker and we have more in stock than any other Rieger dealer. What part were you looking for? This is me banging my head after placing my order online with Rieger and not hearing a thing about my order in over 2 weeks. I Have tried calling a few times and no one answers and they have no answering machine
