man i loved puerto rico.... i used to come down there all the time with the canadian navy.... we were always at roosevelt roads.....
one thing that did drive me crazy was the wind... always from the same driection.....
I did find the rain cool though.... every day around 7ish it would rain for 20 mins or so....
Is the US Navy still there... or did they close that base?
