...my image of my car used WITHOUT PERMISSION.

I would gladly let them use my image if they are willing to give proper credit, and maybe throw in a set of open GTI grilles

Shame on you, ECS. Hopefully you'll do the right thing and at least ASK me to use the image. I love seeing my images being used in that context-just not without permission...

well....i'm assuming you posted your pic on the internet correct? you really have no rights over that pic anymore.

why, because legitimate company HIRE photographers to get pics like that?
I am just looking for proper credit. If you were a photographer you'd understand.

I agree with you ... maybe not in the sense of "poor business practice" but just some common decency.
Have you tried contacting them? Maybe best to do that first and foremost.

I realize it's a stock car pic (which is probably why they stole it). It fits perfectly into their MKV GTI section...
