They'll fix that right up for you.. esp if you bring your sister with you to the dealer.

I dont have the black line problem but I did have a problem where my MFD was getting really bright and then fade back to normal. Has that happend to you?

the black line isn't a problem, it meant to separate the sections for your compass and when your oil, gas, or fluids run low, its shows up there above the line in bright yellow. At least its like that on my wolfsburg passat
