I've been reading this forums for a while, but never really had the motivation to start an account. Just bought a new jetta after this..

The car saved my life. So, hell, I'de be a dumbass not to get another one. Jeep Cherokee FTL. http://****************.com/smile/emthdown.gif That was a 97 GTI. Upgraded to a black 2003 1.8t. 50k miles on it. Perfect exterior condition. So far all I have done is a complete audio reinstall. 2 Infinity Perfect12DVQ subs, 1200w infinity ref amp, and 4 6 1/2 kappa perfects powered by a 4 chan infinity ref amp. And a Kenwood DPX 501 unit. Ill update my post later with some pics. I have a badgeless mesh grille on the way as well as smoked markers all around. + Painted my rear trunk badge black. (turned out nice, what a pain in the ass on the mk4 jet.)

Sorry to hear about the accident. Glad you got out of there..
You said that it WAS a GTI. corret me if i am wrong but it looks like a jetta from the pictures you posted.

VW's do save lives, my mk3 was hit by a snowplow while he was plowing the road and slid through a red light(dumb mofo). thankfully he cut my PASSENGER side apillar in half but the car still held up well even tho it ended up totaled

Oops yeah, I type fast and sometimes dont think while Im doing it. Heh sorry. Just kinda flowed.. haha. Thanks for the responses guys. Yeah Ive been praying lately. Umm well, the white blanket in the car was covering me up so the shattering glass wouldnt cut me when they used the JOL. And the white, that is just covering my face, I was blacked out and whoever took the pic just edited over my face for some reason IDK. I dont remember any of it. I dont know if I even can call it blacked out? I was moving and talking the whole time, calling people etc. ( so others say) I just start remember things from the point I was in the ambulence and onward.

I was told by witnesses I was pulling out of my work, taking a left onto route1 when someone traveling in the center lane(primarily for turning not traveling durrrb) Oh PS I couldnt see the giant SUV because two cars stopped so I could pull out, and they were going 60~ in the center to dodge traffic. And in the process hit me while I was crossing the three lanes to get on the right side of the road.
