Re: Got A Interveiw Tommarow. (92gtivdub)

Dude, i before e except after c. Otherwise another thing to look into is a decent toolbox. For entry level i'd recommend a Craftsman Ball Bearing Grip Latch model. http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_1...tsman
^something similar to that^
Also, you're going to need some air-tools, like an impact gun, air wratchets, etc. If you have absolutely no tools i'd say you're looking at around $3-4K just to START. That amount should get you you're basic day to day stuff, wrenches, ratchets, sockets, some air tools, and a decent tool chest. The specialty stuff will be really expensive, and the other guys should let you borrow stuff if you respect their property and give it back to them cleaner then when you got it.
Good Luck if you do get hired, just don't forget to double check everything you do, every time you do it. It only takes a few extra seconds to make sure a filter or drain bolt is tight, or and oil cap is on, but if you overlook it it will bite you in the ass.

We're you looking for advice when you started this thread?
I've "been there, done that" and if you want to start at the bottom of the barrel and basically get walked on, promised the world with no results, then you should take an entry level tech job at a car dealership. Working on cars as a passion and a profession are two completely different things, and i learned that the hard way.

Same thing goes for selling cars...a car dealership, with few exceptions...is the worst place in the world for someone who cares about cars. http://****************.com/smile/emthdown.gif Well...at least a VW dealership.
