Waiting to make a right turn last night, some woman decided that she would let my back end stop her car from moving... got her insurance and all that.. now just have to file a claim.. do i take it to the dealer or somewhere else?

havn't got pictures yet.. i have yet to see the damage in the daylight.. its all the back left corner, rubstrip broken off, bumper scratched along with some scratches on the valence. i could not tell if the bumper was dented or not. im going to check it out soon.. ill try and get pictures

Don't get lazy filing the claim with their insurance.
I got rear ended 2 months ago and because I was lazy the claim still hasn't been settled.
