That's pretty vague...

what perfect world do you live in that weather conditions nor tuning or ambiant temps wouldnt affect power output?
what do you expect

That post you made said 198-220.
Then you mentioned "that's what my car made..."
Sorry if you read that a different way...
If your car made 198-220, I am just interested to see what exactly did it put down.
As for weather, temps, humidity, etc., etc., the SAE corrected dyno figure will get you in the ballpark taking all of that into account, that's what it is there for.
Post the sheets up, thanks. http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif

i never had the car dynoed how i came up with that is the 1/4 mile dyno which is pretty accutate. last time i did the calculation mine made 237 to the wheels.

Re: ALL MOTOR VR6 QUESTION??? (kraut-rocket)

i would like to add on the topic of standalone ecu's. of course megasquirt is great for the price, but i would have to say im more partial to the 034 system. its just so saweet!
ok... continue.

I cant substantiate this cause i dont race and its no dyno queen I did quantify my mods with a gtec, so take it for what its worth . One off the last things that I did on my all motor was to heavly modify the stock obd1 intake manifold, sparkplug access delete, port matching and some really heavy reworking of the intake throat, that with tb, 268's, head work, ign, chip ,ported exhaust and mk4 h.g. yielded some pretty impressive perf over stock without a total loss of drivability. What I really noticed or maybee perceived was how the manifold mod felt like it really woke up hp and torque from 5to7k.If I where ever to go allmotor again I would def do the manifold mod even though its a pain to get to the plugs, I think it's worth it.

3k trap 98mph

ET or 60'? It's easy to make trap with wheel spin. The calculator I use (that is spot on with my car) puts you at 220 crank at best. The same one puts me at 224 crank.

the nice pull from 5k to 7k is the cams. those cams and a little porting will do that on a 12v vr. i wouldnt have deleted the sparkplug holes but thats just me and mine felt the same as well i can vouch for that. http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif

The manny mod was the last thing I did, after the cams and all the other stuff and thats where I noticed a big differance since it seemed to complete the package and tie everything together. What i could'nt deal with was all of the valvetrain noise that seemed to be amplified by the manny , after the mod it was situated much closer to the valve cover, that and or , it may of had something to do with the material that I used.
