Fitting new driver side wing on mk4 glof gti

Whats involved?
Theres nothing mentioned in my hanes manual.
How difficult is it? Is it bolt on/off or is it (spot)welded?
If its not too difficult id prefer to give it ago myself rather than pay a fortune to have it replaced at a garage.....been quoted £700 at a vw garage but i can buy a pre-painted wing for £100 and do it myself.
Any help/links to how to's etc appreciated?

unbolt old wing (when you lift the bonnet, take the bumper off and take out the arch liner it'll be obvious how it fits).
bolt on new wing.
Job done.

thanks....it sounds so easy
so-
1- take off bumper
2-remove arch liner
3-unbolt old wing
then reassemble.
thers no "funnys" /awkward things i shud know about...
recon ill give it ago then.

When you get those off you'll be able to see exactly where all the bolts are.

There may be some bolts concealed by undercoating in the wheel well.
Put tape on your door's leading edge and the cowl so you don't scratch them during removal/installation.
