Some people posted a similar problem many moths back when people first started picking up the car. I would contact your dealer regarding it. Laso try a search in the archived topics about the "Recaro Problem"
I spoke with my service advisor the day I picked up my car, he said it was physically impossible for the seats to do that with the way they are engineered.
I'm not sure what to believe, but mine doesn't do it (yet).
