great story... so the kid who buys it.. his step dad called my dad like 10 days later.. bicthing at him blah blah nothing but problems with this jetta.. and my dad's like thats funnny we never had nay mayjor trouble with it.. we replaced everything the needed done.. well we made a deal.. its not fair that they happened to you 10 days after you bought it but it aint fair to us if your kid was running it hard. (the kid got a speeding ticket like 100 in a 45 and was going to lose his license) and we paid half they paid half. a week later they called my son got picked up because the tail light was out.. on and on and on.. learned something.. dont sell your beautiful cars to young ppunk kids who beat them up and call ya and say this happened what are ya gonna do about it..stupid irresponsible kids

Nice exterior...yucky interior. Time to get a new one and try it again.

yah we really should of.. but i was at work at the time and they threatned taking us to court and my parents didnt want anything to do with it.. but yah.. ur right.. money down the drain.. not to mention how cheap i sold it.. . but whatever.. he wants to blow it up it prolly will..

What argument could they have in court that would force you to pay half of his speeding ticket? Did you reposition the speedo needle to say 50 when he was going 100?
