Have you tried tucking the wheels?
Also, I would probably paint the roof and bill pillars black, but that's just me.

I've seen those wheels pulled off before on another candy white jetta. If your valences were painted white and the hood wasn't two toned I think it would look good....assuming you drop the car some more as well
