Got the GTI out on the street today ...after 2 damn yrs

so yeah so i'm driving the GTI it fells so good to have it back after 2 damn yrs i actually forgot how to drive it .lol it fell really strong and the TDI tranny is great here are some pics of my fisrt outing .

It's done it still needs a few things here and there but yeah it;s done thank good .

Leo, you have some perserverance! I gave up on my project after 14 months. My GTI is being put back to stock by Dave at Alex Auto and should be in a new owners hands by the end of the week. Congrats on sticking with it!

was it worth the wait leo? i think thats the only mkiii 1.8t in utah right now isnt it?

yeah we have to plan a drive for sure ! i have been sitting outside looking at the car for the last 2 hours and i still don't believe that my GTI is sitting in my car port . it feels like i'm driving someone's else car .lol yeah it is the ONLY MKIII with a 1.8 T swapp

and Yes it's also the cleanest MKIII in UTAH . Thanks for all the complements also thanks to scotty @TDC for been so pattient with me and letting keep my car in his shop till i paid him to finish my car up.I LOVE YOU BROWN .

wow did hell freeze over or did the stars align in your favor? My car is almost done so we will definitely have to get together and cruise. how is it running? and when are you going to put a bt on?
