you can use it on your car but you'll need a lot of things to make it work.
new exhaust manifold
new turbo inlet
new injectors
new clutch
new intercooler
etc.

I have the forge turbo inlet pipe. I also have a euro-jet FMIC. And I have a Stage 2 ECS Clutch. Injectors? What would I need to hook it up?

the turbo inlet you have will not work. That will only work for a ko3. As for injectors refer to the faq as to what kind of power you're making. I'd say 630cc would work.

He is asking $400 for the turbo is it worth it in the long run? or will it be cheaper to by a kit?

You will have to check the shaft play in the turbo, and also that it isn't a blown turbo.
I would think that 630cc injectors would be a little over kill for a GT28R, also you would need software, and probably a 4bar fpr

I checked for shaft play very little how can you check to see if it is blown?
