I have a 2.0l 115hp jetta, I want increase horse power jus a little so I was think turbo.. I heard the I can fit the 1.8T turbo on my care without major mods or fabrications. tru or false??

false. you need a custom exhaust mani and it will take a lot of work i promise. the money you will spend you may as well put a real turbo on the car and really have fun

^I would go with what vdubbugman said.
BUT
You can run an older TDI exhaust manifold and bolt the 1.8T's Ko3/ko3s turbo to it and run many of the stock 1.8t parts like injectors, side mount intercooler and such. But in my opinion if you are going to do a turbo build do it right. I considered using some 1.8T parts when I first planned a build but it does not leave much room to play with.
