looking around for some roof racks (snowboard) but not really looking to spend 400$ on thule anyone know any companies that are cheaper for the feet rails and rack (4 board)?

Meh, not going to save you tons of cash once you get the snowboard attachments on there, but $200 for the base bars for the sedan. $160 for the base bars for Avant.
I just got the avant bars, and they are nice. They come with locks and a torque allen wrench for installation.

I second craigslist. I also saw some cheap ones on fleabay that looked decent.
Heck, snowboards aren't that big, are they? THrow them in the trunk.

and besides those utility racks can really mess with the cars aerodynamics in the highway and cause you to lose MPGs but then again, i dont really care about MPGs.....
