if its metal which i doubt it is, you can...if not just some glue/tape, either way u should have one welded in

i bought it from tmtuning.com It comes with a hood notch, I dont know how to put it on. And i have to paint it. Heres a pic

Nobody makes metal notch fillers. I am 99% sure they are plastic. Contact TMT or wherever you got the grille from.

You CUT a piece of metal in the shape of a semi circle. Why would you BUY a 50 cent piece of scrap steel??

Your best bet is to take the car to an auto body shop tell them what you want to do and they will get a piece of metal and fill in the notch,weld it in place.But you will still have do get the hood repainted.
Or you can paint the plastic piece and use double side tape to put it on.You run the rise of it falling off and it looks tacky.

It really doesn't matter what the filler is made of unless you are going to actually fill the notch completely and repaint. It will still look ugly.
