I have an 03 jetta 1.8t, amd i was looking to put together a full exhaust setup. My question is: what is a good quiet muffler with high flow. I have to do a lot of highway driving. So i need something with very little drone, but i also need more flow for my chip (idk which 1). The guy I talked to at the muffler shop said he would do custom catback and a quiet muffler for $160. But he is offering a universal muffler, so i was just checking to see if you guys had better suggestions. So if anyone is running a reletively inexpensive quiet muffler, please chime in.
Also I could use some input on a 3in dp preferably with cats, and in my price range (round $400 for the dp). I would go ebay dp with no cats, but idk if i will throw codes.
