if those were banded, theres no way there ET38.

they are oem vw steel wheels off of an mk2, they cut off the lip and welded in a 3'' section to the face of the wheels, the original et was not changed

The backspacing wasn't changed, the et is related to wheel width.
Regardless, looking forward to pics mounted. http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif

sorry for the jack, jill....
9j 15" was et20 7.5, added 1.5" to the outer dish..dont ask me what offset it is now, many debates later but just to give you an idea...

i managed to assemble one at the weekend, going to fit a tyre on soon..i have some 195/50's at home, so will try those first. the fronts are 7.5j et 20 and poke an inch past the fender already, good luck with he 9j fronts! http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif
nice thing about poke, no need to drop the car that low, not that you can with poke, but its easy to kill the arch wheel gap!! http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif

A little much?
Here, let me trade you some stock alloys with newer tires and a set of stock steelies also with newer tires for those rims.
On a serious note.... Where did you have them done? I live near snohomosh and I'm also looking to have some wheels widened.
