is it just me or does it look like your alternator is about to fall off your car.

check for dying cats.. they usually make a siren noise during the last stage of death.

old alarm system from previous owner, when its light outside find a horn in the area its coming from and disconnect it. if this doesnt work or you cant find it, pay somebody who knows what there doing.
