Anybody near or around the Toronto area with an MKV Jetta or Rabbit have the 9W3 bluetooth option? Need to ask a few questions.

2nd that. When I checked out a 2009 GTI, the dealer indicated to me that it will have to be installed after delivery. From what I have read, 9W3 has Voice Activated Bluetooth while 9W2 does not.
Hopefully, someone with bluetooth in a MKV can chime in.

I have the p!ss poor Nokia version and I've been told that the wiring harness is the same and there is the possibility of me getting the module that the 9W3 uses. The mic is the same (711B) between mine and the 9W3. I want to plug in a 9W3 module to my harness to see if it works. Its a simple removal from under the passenger seat.

thats where its installed? ive done MANY of the nokia installs in which its not a factory option. i had a 2009 TDI with factory installed voice activated bluetooth. not even the sales staff knew it was in there till i took things apart and noticed it installed.

The Nokia sound processing circuit is crap.
I am trying to determine whether the wiring harness for the Nokia will plug into the VW module part number 179 C. (under passenger seat).
Do you have a 9W3 vehicle we can do a test on? If so the dealer is willing to order me the under passenger seat unit.
Its tempting however to look at the kufatec.de Euro unit that VW sells which has rSAP technology.
