Can someone tell me the torque specs on the intake and exhaust cam caps PLEASE???
I can't believe I left my Bentley at home

I am not familiar with this book or procedure, so, please, check carefully.
Guys, let's double check, is it 10Nm(7ft-lb), when you tighten camshaft adjuster.
Same number for both bearing caps.
It says you need to pay attention to bushing.
