Got my wheel bearing fixed (also had CV boot replaced) but now have slight vibration at speed that I can feel in the steering wheel. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

When you say "bearing fixed" do you mean "bearing replaced"?
Regardless, you need to take your car back to the shop where the work was performed and tell them to make it right or GTFO.

I doubt this is likely.
But like others said, take it back to the shop that did the work and tell them your concern if they are reputable they should fix the concern.

It happened to me and I simply changed the wrong wheel bearing the first time

Coin flip as I really couldn't figure out what side the noise was emanating from as well as being too dumb to jack the car up and grab a wheel and see if there was any play. Anyhow, rotate your tires front to back first and see if that cures it before spending any more money as it could simply be an out of balance or- hope not- a bent rim...
It happened to me and I simply changed the wrong wheel bearing the first time
