really, a revo 630 file huh?? you mean revo 440, or revo 550
only Eurodyne, or Unitronic offer a 630cc injector file

so revo cannot be tuned for 630cc ?

i bought the ecu from a fellow texter and was told it was a revo bt 630cc

Revo does not make a 630cc file. As previously stated, they make a (now obsolete) 440cc file and a 550cc file to be used with Genesis 550 injectors.

where did you get the ECU from? I would ask whoever you bought it from. Revo does not make a 630 file. ALso, Revo has a new 550 file which you can use with any decent spray pattern 550 injector- i have dephi's
