Hey guys... after fixing a nasty vacuum leak, cleaning my throttle body, and my maf, my car will buck when I really get on the gas. At half throttle the car pulls fine... but once I step on it that's when the problem happens. My plugs and wires were just changed... and I thought it might be my throttle body sticking but wouldn't that cause it to buck all the time? Thanks guys

When my car was nuckin' while it was buckin' it was a plug wire that wasn't connected perfectly (it felt like it was, it snapped onto the plug and had a slight drag when you rotate it on the plug) and would create a small gap between the wire and the plug at higher rpm. :/ It took me 4 months to figure out what it was.

Unplug your battery, take it out and hold the cars terminals together for 20 sec or so in order to reset your system. Plug your battery back in, put key in ignition, turn your key but not as far to start the car (ACC Mode) and leave it for a minute and then start it.

i had this problem from hell a while ago. It sounds like it could be a tps issue (i think obd2 cars have one as well but you have to replace the entire tb) or you may need a new MAF not just a clean one. try unplugging the maf and driving. if the car still bucks you can rule out a 300 dollar maf. go get your car scanned.

mine does it, but i checked this hose that mysteriously has electrical tape on it, and its cracked below where it bends...its the big hose that comes off the PCV or PVC valve, whatever its called, hahaha, need to get that replaced, thats probably what is causing my nucking and bucking...although if it isnt that, im almost sure its the TB

are you completely off the clutch when you get into it? my golf does the same thing when im not all the way off of it. its so wierd and frustrating. know the feeling dude.

this used to happen to me in my vr. after checking all the codes, i finally figured out that it was my rear trans mount. it was a nuck to buck to clunk.
