so i ordered a bunch of stuff from ecs tuning... only to have it stolen off my front porch after ups delivered it and before i could get my hands on it, i didnt even get a chance to see my short shifter and other goodies

request a signature next time.. sux man, what was "a bunch of stuff?" a good manager in an area would require the driver dropping off your stuff a signature, no matter how big or small the item.. maybe UPS can be held responsible if a signature was in fact required... go investigate.

Re: (ridethetake23)

ive talked to ecs and ups... they are "investigating"
plus my dad has worked at ups for like 27 years so i know what they should and shouldnt do... if they dont find the package they will pay for new stuff... but itll take up to 2 weeks
it was a bunch of small interior parts and stuff i was excited to replace, new spark plugs for when i chip at the end of the month, and a short shifter

i think im gonna have em deliver to the ups store nearest my house from now on

i have bought quite a few things from ecs and not once have i ever signed for it

i've haven't signed for anything from them either. UPS is usually good about putting stuff behind our plants and whatnot, but Fedex...wow. Our mailbox is out by the street. Those fricktards have left big boxes of stuff on the ground, leaning against the mailbox post. I use UPS whenever possible.

Wow. Really. That blows. I just got an order today from ECS. I don't ever remember having to sign for anything either. Fedex is not that stupid around here. I actually know my delivery man quite well. He is not dumb like your guy. You should find where he lives and

.
Anyway, I hope it all works out for you.

FV-QR

It is dropped off at the drivers discretion. They are held liable if they should drop it off or not, because if he didn't drop it off after 3 trips then you have to pick it up from them directly.
Call USP and give them the tracking # and it should get all sorted out. I hate that too, I live in a really bad area and surprised no one has ripped off any packages. I fought as hard as I could to get a tracking number on my coilovers and ECS wouldn't do it.

ECS always sends me a tracking number.
