FSI vs. TSI

im lookin to get a mk5 this month but im clueless about the tsi motor... all i know is they fixed the pcv... and most of the parts i see for sale are all for the fsi... whats the deal with that... i know what i would have to fix and the risks of geting a fsi but could somebody put me in the right direction. i really appreciate it! thanks
